When I first heard about RYLA I thought it would be full of exceptional people ("me a mear mortal amung the immortal?") with fully developed skills and characters, but the people here are everyday people with real weaknesses. I would have to say over the duration of the week I found that these ordinary people begin to shine, and the only thing different about them and the rest of the world is attitude and a little encouragement from our leaders.
The food was great but I swear it created alot of gas... causing my cabin to smell distinctly...
RYLA helped me to become the leader that I am, Great speakers, Great environment, Great friends, Great food, Amazing leaders and Good fun.
